Standups, design reviews and planning end with tickets, not a doc nobody opens again.
Investor calls, hiring loops and customer chats land in one searchable place, with the follow-ups already assigned.
Discovery notes sync to the CRM and every promise made to a customer gets an owner and a date.
A 34 minute kickoff at Fernway. Four things happen while the team talks, and one keeps happening after they hang up.

Murmur records each speaker on a separate lane, so you can see who carried a meeting at a glance. Click any line of the transcript to jump to that moment.

“We can turn on SSO for a pilot group by the end of the month.”
Questions get answers with the exact moment they came from. Click a timestamp and the recording opens there.

Murmur reads your calendar, joins the call, and writes back to the tools your team checks every day.

For teams who want follow-ups to actually happen.
For companies with customers, compliance and a CRM.
Yes. Murmur joins as a named participant, posts a notice in the meeting chat and plays a two second chime. Anyone can type or say “stop recording”, and the host can remove it like any guest.
31 languages for transcription, including mixed-language calls. Summaries and action items can be written in a different language from the call, set per workspace.
It looks for a commitment, a person and a time, like “I'll send the quote by Friday”. When one is missing it asks the meeting owner in the recap instead of guessing. You can edit, reassign or delete any item.
Auto-join rules work per calendar, per keyword and per attendee. 1:1s and anything marked private are skipped by default.
You can export everything as Markdown, JSON and audio files. 30 days after cancelling, recordings and transcripts are deleted from our servers and backups.
No. Guests get the recap by email if the host allows it, and only for the meetings they attended.
Connect a calendar in two minutes. Murmur joins the next call on it.
