Rua Sete de Setembro, 1140, Centro · Cerro Largo, RS Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 12 PM and 1:30 PM to 6 PM

You talk directly to the person who handles your accounting.

Company registration, payroll, taxes, income tax and the paperwork of rural producers. For anyone with a shop, a farm or a family in Cerro Largo and the Missões region.

See what we do

We reply the same business day. Or just drop by the office.

Who we work for

Every client has a different paper routine: harvest, shop counter, tax return. Here you find people who already know yours.

A rural producer reads documents beside a pickup truck, in front of a soybean field.

Rural producer

Crops, cattle and dairy follow the harvest calendar, not the monthly one. We organize sales and input invoices through the year, so the tax return does not turn into a rush in April.

  • Rural cash book
  • Producer's invoice and Funrural
  • ITR (rural property tax)
  • Income tax on farming activity
The owner of a neighborhood bakery writes in a notebook behind the counter.

Shops and MEI

From the first CNPJ to the monthly close. We open the company, run payroll and explain, with your numbers in hand, which tax regime costs you less.

  • Company registration and changes
  • Simples Nacional and invoices
  • Payroll, vacation and 13th salary
  • MEI: annual return and regime change
A couple checks documents on a laptop at the kitchen table, with a baby on a lap.

Families

Income tax without the scare. We sort receipts, check medical expenses and dependents, and tell you when to file jointly or separately.

  • Personal income tax
  • Tax audit flags and amended returns
  • Property sales and capital gains
  • Inheritance and gifts

Switching accountants

Four steps, without stopping your business.

Switching accountants sounds like a lot of work, but almost all of it is settled in a WhatsApp chat. Click each step and see how it goes.

Hands photograph an invoice on a table with a phone, next to a cup of coffee.

1You tell us where you stand today

On WhatsApp or at the counter. We ask for the CNPJ card and the last tax slip paid, to see where the company stands.

What is due, and for whom.

Frequently asked questions

Before opening a company or switching accountants.

The office's waiting corner, with two wooden armchairs, a low table with a chimarrão gourd and a window with morning light.

Didn't find your question?

How long does it take to open a company?

An MEI is registered online and the CNPJ comes out right away. A company with partners depends on the state Board of Trade (Junta Comercial) and the city hall. We follow each step and tell you when it is done.

Which documents do I need to bring?

ID and CPF of each partner, proof of address and the address where the company will operate. If you do not know the exact activity or regime yet, come anyway: we decide together.

MEI or Simples Nacional: which pays off more?

An MEI has a yearly revenue ceiling. Go over it and the company moves to another regime. We run the numbers with your real revenue, not an average.

Do I need to notify my current accountant?

Yes. We send a notice template and tell you what to ask back: books, tax slips and company files. The step by step is further up, under “Switching accountants”.

Can I send documents on WhatsApp?

Yes. One photo per invoice, well framed and readable. Keep the original paper, because the law may require it. If a photo is poor, we ask for another.

Do you serve rural producers without a company?

Yes. Many producers work as individuals. We handle the cash book, sales invoices and income tax on farming activity.

How does pricing work?

The monthly fee is agreed after a first conversation, once we know how big the job is. No surprises on the bill.
